As it is general in nature, it may not be applicable to specific individual cases.

Definitions

Teaching hour: 45 minutes of instruction delivered by a teacher to one or more participants.
Teaching session: Either a single teaching hour (for young learners) or two to three consecutive hours, with or without breaks.
Course module: The total number of sessions needed to reach the level of proficiency agreed upon with the learner(s).
Placement test: A test assessing the knowledge and skills of the learner in German (or Romanian), used to determine the appropriate course level. Results are communicated in writing and are considered as a recommendation.
Mid-course test: Used to assess the learner’s progress during the module. The frequency depends on the group and level.
Progress sheet: A document that records and visually displays a learner’s results in mid-course tests.
Certificate of participation: A document issued upon request, certifying that the learner completed a course module, attended at least 70% of the sessions, and achieved the expected learning outcomes.
Study groups: Groups of 6 to 10 learners with the same level.

Enrollment

a) Enrollment is done by completing the contact form on the website www.raluca-germana.com.
By submitting this form, you confirm your agreement with these terms and conditions.

b) After registration, Vasile E. Raluca PFA will send you a confirmation message and the corresponding invoice.
Only payment of the invoice secures your place in the course.

Courses

a) A group is formed with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 participants.
If the group does not meet the minimum number, Vasile E. Raluca PFA reserves the right to cancel the course, but only after offering participants the option to continue with a reduced number of hours or to pay an additional fee for a small group.

b) Legal holidays are observed. Any sessions scheduled on such days will be rescheduled.

Billing and Payments

a) Payment must be made in full at the beginning of the course, in RON (Romanian Leu).
b) If a participant cannot attend a scheduled session, it can be recovered by attending a session with another group.
c) Refunds are possible under the conditions outlined in the “Withdrawal Policy” section.

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw and receive a full refund during the enrollment period. The request must be sent in writing to ralucagermana@gmail.com.
If you withdraw within the first two weeks of the course, a 20% administrative fee will be withheld.
The refund will be processed within 10 working days from the request date.
Starting from the third week of the course, you may withdraw at any time, but the amount paid will not be refunded.

Legal Matters

Any complaints or disputes arising from the use of this website, its content, or the materials provided will be governed by the applicable Romanian law.
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
You agree to review this section regularly, and continued access to or use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
