FAQ

Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the German courses.

1. How do I register?

Registration is done via the contact form in the “Contact” section. Please include in your message the desired course (age group and level), as well as your full name and address (this information is needed for invoicing).
After processing your message, you will receive an invoice. Only payment of the invoice secures your spot in the selected course.

2. What is the course schedule?

The schedule will be set at the beginning of September 2025 and published on the homepage of this website.

3. I don't know which course/module suits me. What should I do?

If you are a beginner, you will automatically be placed in an A1.1 course and should specify your age group. If you have recently attended one of my courses, you will be placed in the next level above the one you completed. If you have studied German in the past, you will need to take the online placement test. You will receive the results by email. Please include a screenshot of your results along with your registration message.

4. What happens if I miss a class session?

If you can’t attend a class, you’ll receive the course journal for that session in digital format. It includes a summary of the activities, topics covered, and homework. If you wish, you can also make up the missed session by attending it with another group.

5. I changed my mind and don’t want to attend the course anymore, but I already paid. Can I get a refund?

You are entitled to request a withdrawal with a full refund during the registration period. This must be requested in writing by email to ralucagermana@gmail.com. If you withdraw during the first two weeks of the course, a 20% administrative fee will be retained. The refund will be issued within 10 business days from the date of the request. From the third week of the course onward, you may still withdraw at any time, but the fees paid will not be refunded.

6. Can I enroll at any time?

I regularly organize enrollment sessions for the German courses. However, if you wish to join a course after the module has already started, you may do so with partial payment depending on the number of remaining sessions.

7. Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course?

Upon request, I issue bilingual certificates of participation. To receive one, you must attend at least 70% of the sessions and have a minimum average score of 60% on the intermediate tests.

8. How much does a course module cost?

One course module lasts 10 weeks. The price varies depending on the type of course chosen.
